American Stock Trader

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

Ytronic Corp ("we") publishes American Stock Trader. Ytronic Corp is based in Alberta, Canada, so we handle personal information under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, Canada's federal privacy law. We also follow the U.S. laws that apply to our email, including the CAN-SPAM Act, and any U.S. state privacy laws that apply to us.

What we collect

Why we collect it

Only to send you the newsletter you asked for, to keep a record of your consent, to answer your messages, and to understand which content readers find useful. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with sponsors or affiliate partners for their own marketing.

Our email platform (service provider)

We will use a third-party newsletter platform to store the subscriber list and send emails. It processes your information on our behalf and under our instructions. Its servers may be in the United States or another country, so your information may be subject to that country's laws. We'll name the platform here before signups open.

Unsubscribing and your choices

How long we keep it

We keep your subscription details while you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record (your email address and the date you unsubscribed) so we don't email you again, and a record of your original consent for as long as we may need to show it.

Children

American Stock Trader is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Safeguards

We limit access to subscriber data to the people who run the newsletter, use accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and choose service providers with appropriate security.
