Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend is an S&P 500 company who provides shareholders with dependable monthly income. The company is a REIT, and its monthly dividends are supported by the cash flow from over 5,400 real estate properties owned under long-term lease agreements with regional and national commercial tenants.
To date, the company has paid 577 consecutive common stock monthly dividends throughout its 49-year operating history and increased the dividend 97 times since Realty Income’s public
“GAIN” or Gladstone Investment Corporation is a private equity fund focused on acquiring mature, lower middle market companies with attractive fundamentals and strong management teams. They also pay a monthly dividend of .07 per share.
“GIS” Or General Mills lastly is a my third pick because of how much of their products such a cereals and snack bars I own, they are the makers of popular cereal brands like Cheerios as well as Pillsbury, Betty Crocker.
